Gatherings in London, Brighton and Manchester

Profile image

It was great to meet some of you last night at the Nefarious UK Premier.  For those of you that couldn’t make it, I would highly recommend trying to get to another screening around the country (details here).  Before the film screened, the audience were wisely reminded of a very important truth: films change people and people change the world. I think this truth can be broadened to media in general – so be encouraged that working in the media is important, that what you do matters.

London Gathering tomorrow

Manchester gathering 16th July

We’re going to have an informal gathering in Salford on 16th July evening – it will either be in Café Logos where we’ve met once before or across from the Quays in one of the drinking establishments there – I’ll keep you posted, but stick it in your diary!

Brighton gathering 20th July

Just a reminder that we’ll be meeting at St Luke’s Prestonville in Brighton – please drop me a line if you think you can make it.

Young Christians wanting to work in the media

Just to reiterate, if you know of any young Christians who are just starting out in the media or who are wanting to break into the industry, please do let them know about this amazing opportunity to win a free place to the Church and Media network conference in September – more details here

They might also want to check out the Radio Worldwide Course for some practical tips – it runs from 6-19th July and you can find out more details here
